On Tuesday night, Billy Corgan took a bunch of Smashing Pumpkins fans on a boat on Lake Michigan, playing them the new Pumpkins album Oceania. He also took the opportunity to go solo-acoustic and debut a song called “Rite Of Spring,” one that he wrote a few years ago but apparently had never played live before. The song sounds pretty good, and the fan-made video is also worth watching to see the glimmering Chicago skyline in the background, marvel at Corgan’s glorious bucket hat, and hear a crowd boo the entire concept of the internet. Watch it below.

Oceania is out 6/19 on EMI.

Shittiest Stravinsky cover I’ve ever heard.
It’s a Teargarden Demo, not a cover of Stravinsky “Rite of Spring”.
