Dignan Porch – “Sad Shape”

When London indie-poppers Dignan Porch released their debut album Tendrils two years ago, they were really just a solo project for frontman Joe Walsh (not the Eagles guy). These days, they’re an actual band, rolling four deep, and they’re getting ready to release sophomore LP Nothing Bad Will Ever Happen. First single “Sad Shape” is a piece of splintered-but-muscular psychedelic postpunk drift, and it sounds pretty blearily great first thing in the morning. Give it a listen below.

Nothing Bad Will Ever Happen is out 8/14 on Captured Tracks.
