The first solo recording from the Cure singer comes for Tim Burton’s forthcoming take on Alice. He’ll be covering this. Cute! Here’s the tracklist, featuring fellow iconic trailblazers Owl City.

Yes we get it you do not like Owl City. Get over it. No one cares anymore.

    • Yes, we get it – Owl City fans obviously have Google Alerts for their beloved band, and like to whine about how it’s sooooo unfair that Stereogum and the majority of its regular readers think Owl City are complete tools. Get over it.

  5. That tracklisting is seriously making me have second thoughts about this film. Other than Robert Smith and Franz Ferdinand (okay, Wolfmother too – not my thing at all but I feel bad for lumping them in with the rest of the garbage there, since they actually play instruments and write songs and all) it’s more or less a shitty pop parade. Tokio Hotel, Plain White Ts, the aforementioned highly esteemed Owl City, and a lead single from Avril Lavigne? Yeah, DO NOT WANT.
