Gustav Ejstes and Dungen crew’s new album 4 is due 9/30 via Kemado. The first of the 10 tracks we’ve heard is dusky opener “Satt Att Se,” a mellow, autumnal swatch of the Swedes’s vintage pastoral psychedelia. Per usual, great guitar lines via the hardworking Reine Fiske curl around Ejstes’s dreamy vocals and that deep-dish drum sound. (The brisk, but suitably sleepy rolls come courtesy of new drummer Johan Holmegard). Take a listen at MySpace. We’re told via press release that “Satt At Se”‘s being released on a limited edition 12″ by Mexican Summer (Subliminal Sound in Europe) before 4‘s fall release.
