The 20+ person Swedish band managed to fit everyone into the studio to record a follow-up to Let Me Introduce My Friends. It’s called Who Killed Harry Houdini? and comes out 10/14 on Mute. Until then, SPIN has one of its tracks “Paper Planes” streaming. Decent, but would’ve been cooler if it was an M.I.A. cover.

“We had the ability to go all the way to the final. Luck wasn’t on our side, but we’ve got the ambition to compete with Barcelona and Real Madrid, and I don’t feel we’re that far away from them. I’m sure we’ll show that soon.”

yeah you’re right, nobody’s sick of hearing about another paper planes cover
Damnit. I totally saw this in my RSS feed and clicked it in hopes of hearing an M.I.A. cover. You just want more hits for increased ad revenue! Sickening. ;]
I’m From Barcelona singing M.I.A. would have been so amazing. Too bad.
