The furiously prolific Bay Area garage rock group Thee Oh Sees will release their bajillionth album Putrifiers II next month, and we’ve already posted early track “Lupine Dominus.” And now here’s another one, “Flood’s New Light,” in which frontman John Dwyer wails in falsetto over a slashing, tight pummel.
