Ty Segall - "The Hill"

Something you probably already know about Ty Segall — he’s prolific. So, the fact that the precocious SF garage rock maven will put out another record, called Twins, a little later this year (which follows up the excellent Album Of The Week alum Slaughterhouse) is not really, with all due respect, newsworthy. What is news, though, is that Segall dropped the first look at Twins today, a Beatles-y ripper called “The Hill,” a track accented by some delicate, but somehow not out of place, female vocals.
