Prior to their highly anticipated slot at the FYF festival, the recently reunited Desaparecidos easily sold out the Troubadour and ripped through a fourteen song set that included new songs “MariKKKopa” and “Backsell.” Lots of moshing occurred along with a stage dive by Conor Oberst into the crowd. One of the other many highlights was their fiery version of “Spanish Bombs” by the Clash. Fellow Saddle Creek labelmates Big Harp provided support. Check out the photos above and the setlist below.

“Greater Omaha”
“Man And Wife, The Former (Financial Planning)”
“The Happiest Place On Earth”
“Mall Of America”
“Backsell”
“The Left Is Right!”
“Survival Of The Fittest/It’s A Jungle Out There”
“$$$$”
“Anonymous”
“Man And Wife, The Latter (Damaged Goods)”
“MariKKKopa”
“Manana”
“Spanish Bombs”
“Hole In One”

  1. I jumped around screaming like a teenage girl throughout the whole show up here in Portland. The cover of “Spanish Bombs” was spot on too. I’m really hoping the new track they played (“The Left Is Right”) and the two being released later this year end up leading to a new album. The band seems to be as solid as ever and undeniably energetic.
