This representation of The King Of Limbs-era Radiohead is only one of the many other creepy images that painters have taken up on Etsy, but this one is my favorite because of that "story book picture meets sinister context" tension. Taking a poll: Which figure is creepier? Crowe Yorke or Amoeba Colin Greenwood?
When I was a teenager, I had a little bit of a “everything Radiohead” phase. I didn’t take it as far as my friend David — a dude who regularly eBay’d Japanese import singles and once made a computer program to ensure we got tickets to Radiohead’s pre-In Rainbows small theater tour — but I certainly tracked down as much domestic releases and merchandise as I could. Luckily for me, Etsy wasn’t around back then to offer me well-crafted, unofficial alternatives. I’m a pretty big fan of the Etsy community — Meaghan Garvey’s store is definitely one of my favorites — and part of that certainly has to do with the prevalence of weird, disjointed arts-and-craftery that nobody could have possibly asked for. So today, we present the 10 weirdest Radiohead-related items I could find on the site.
