Bob Mould on Conan

Last month, we saw former Hüsker Dü/Sugar frontman and general all-around indie-punk deity Bob Mould utterly wrecking shit on Letterman. Last night, we got an encore of sorts, and Mould once again laid waste to a late-night TV stage. This time, he was on Conan, just blazing his way through “Keep Believing,” a song from his new solo album Silver Age. Watch and be amazed below.

Silver Age is out now on Merge. Also, Mould will perform Sugar’s Copper Blue in full at Fun Fun Fun Fest this weekend, and it’s just breaking my heart that he’s on at the same time as Converge.

  1. Bob Mould records from Worst to Best…. GO!

    • I really want to give that a shot but I’m pretty sure I’ll fail miserably. This list is subject to change on a daily basis, lol. Plus it’s my own personal preference and I realize people will greatly disagree, (and bear in mind even Bob’s worst is still better than most).

      1. Modulate
      2. The Last Dog & Pony Show
      3. Black Sheets Of Rain
      4. Life & Times
      5. District Line
      6. Body Of Song
      7.Silver Age
      8. Workbook
      9. Bob Mould

  2. Should have clarified, my list is indeed ranked worst to best, (with Modulate being my least favourite).
