DJ Khaled - "I Did It For My Dawgs" Video

DJ Khaled might not have too many talents in this world, but he’s better than just about anyone else at lining up hard-as-fuck rappers for overblown, triumphal posse cuts like this one. Songs like this have gotten a bit more exciting since Meek Mill’s rise to fame, and videos like this have gotten a bit more exciting since French Montana started wearing silk-scarf face-masks. Also, a few years after he was a Twitter punchline, Ace Hood has quietly become a pretty good rapper. In the DRE Films-directed video, all these guys stand around shitty apartments and pretend they’re drug dealers. Watch it below.

  3. HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! OK, I was sitting with my buddy listening to DJ Khaled’s new album (I was planning on reviewing it for my blog), and this song came on, and we couldn’t stop laughing. The baby crying, the ridiculous shouty chorus…it’s atrocious on all of the good ways.

  4. “Khaled’s Kiss The Ring is out now on We the Best Music Group/Terror Squad/Cash Money Records/Universal Republic.”
