  1. god. damn.

  2. Governor’s Ball & Primavera both coming out with insane lineups.

    Follow suit, Coachella!

    • I honestly don’t think they can, and them delaying / waiting on their unveiling isn’t doing them any favors. Coachella is the festival that usually sets the pace in wow-ing us by announcing names we’re surprised to see (the Postal Service, Blur) or just merely being the first festival to calling first dibs on a band coming out with a big new album (Phoenix, the Knife) but all these other festivals are beating them to the punch.

Not sure what’s going on in Indio or if they have any notable surprises planned, but I think when the Rolling Stones deal fell through, they were left scrambling. 2011′s lineup was pretty generic, last year was a promising return to remarkable but I think 2013 is the year Coachella gets the point that they’re not the best festival in the world. (Their money is still safe, though.)

  3. It’s no Mark McGrath & Friends cruise, but it will do.

  4. Amazing. But once again Primavera’s only problem is all the great bands you have to skip to see greater bands. Conflicts-a-plenty with a line-up like that.

  5. I wish I was Spanish.

  7. My first time at Primavera this year, and what a great line up! :D Hands down best festival in Europe
