“With each album, I go through a really kind of terrifying period before I know what form it’s gonna take so I feel like I’m just in a void.” That’s Natasha Khan discussing the lead up to The Haunted Man, which gave us one of last year’s best singles in “Laura,” a requiem for a faded party girl who’s not keen on giving up her table dancing days. The album version was pretty sparse; for this SiriusXMU Session, Natasha performs with only Ben Christophers’ piano accompaniment, and it’s quite lovely. Watch below.
