i remember a certain band on jools hollands show performing somebody told me and the leadsinger had longish, tatty, curly hair and was always looking at his shoes and looking nervous, and was playing on the same show as the bravery when they wer just as good as they are now, so how could the killers accuse the bravery of stealing ther image when brandon had no ‘image’ when the bravery did?

yeah…from my opinion, i would have to say obviously the killers, because 1. they HAVE talent. 2. they arent gay 3. they sold more records then the bravery (obviously) and i think that the killers are just a better band overall. Brandon flowers is an extremly good singer. I mean he can sing higher then most guys. and he can sing low too. Mark is a brilliant bass, Ronnie is spectacular at playing the drums and Dave is soo magnificent with the guitar. i mean common, this fight isnt even like fair because the killers have more talent then the bravery.

honestly people…who gives a flying frig what the band looks like or who was in what and even who came first. first off…if any band decides to bash anothers sound because it seems similar to their style, then that band is retarded. nothing is original…everything has been done before, and you need to give due to where it should be, to the bands that paved the way in your genre. acting like you invented a type of music should put you in line for a public flogging. its how you take that already developed sound and put your own spin on it. and all you indie-hipsters, grow up! i’m tired of you guys dissing main-stream music because heaven forbid other “uncool” people know about a good band! both the killers and the bravery are good bands in their own right and no one ripped off anyone…you can’t own a style of music…but i do think that these guys need to chill out and just respect each other as artists and stop acting like pompous a-holes
