HAIM Cover Sheryl Crow

We’re familiar with Like A Version from Triple J radio in Australia, as we saw Chairlift cover BeyoncĂ©’s “Party” with Das Racist’s Kool A.D. in the Andre 3000 spot. Today, we see the sisters of HAIM rave about Sheryl Crow’s “Strong Enough” — and they’re totally right — before performing the stripped down cut with their powerful stamp on it. Check it out below.

HAIM’s Days Are Gone is out 9/30 via Columbia.

  1. bummer that they totally opt out of the original’s heart-wrenching chord progression during “lie to me, but please don’t leave”. now i’m gonna listen to the original 5x in a row to get my soul back.

  2. Not sure if these ladies were trying to come off as super cute in this, but they succeeded. HAIM would need a strong man, they play like they mean it.
