HAIM Cover Sheryl Crow

We’re familiar with Like A Version from Triple J radio in Australia, as we saw Chairlift cover Beyoncé’s “Party” with Das Racist’s Kool A.D. in the Andre 3000 spot. Today, we see the sisters of HAIM rave about Sheryl Crow’s “Strong Enough” — and they’re totally right — before performing the stripped down cut with their powerful stamp on it. Check it out below.

HAIM’s Days Are Gone is out 9/30 via Columbia.

  1. bummer that they totally opt out of the original’s heart-wrenching chord progression during “lie to me, but please don’t leave”. now i’m gonna listen to the original 5x in a row to get my soul back.

  2. Not sure if these ladies were trying to come off as super cute in this, but they succeeded. HAIM would need a strong man, they play like they mean it.
