Last year, the Pacific Northwest’s King Dude, who runs the clothing line Actual Pain, released Burning Daylight, an album of excellently dark and smoky punked-out goth-Americana. This fall, he’ll head out on tour across the western states, and he’ll also release a new 7″ single on his own label, Not Just Religious Music. One of the songs on that single is “Born In Blood,” which is the sort of drinking song that the Misfits’ pirate ancestors might’ve written if the Misfits had pirate ancestors.
