Moby - "The Perfect Life" video

Between asking for various specific ridiculous extras and posting footage of themselves performing amidst mostly-naked people, Moby and Wayne Coyne did everything they could to promise a ridiculous music video for their collaboration “The Perfect Life.” Today, they deliver. In the video, Moby and Coyne walk through Los Angeles in full mariachi garb, gradually amassing an entourage of absolute freaks. The video is way prettier and more joyous than all the obnoxious, attention-seeking advance word seemed to promise — but it’s also totally obnoxious and attention-seeking, which is a tough combination to pull off. And hey, look, they found their gimp-suited rhythmic gymnast! Check out the video below.

  1. Wow that song is really good.

  2. Wait – what about this is not safe for work? This is actually pretty wholesome and pretty; just a bunch of folks singing, dancing, and hugging, and – oop, I just saw a weiner at around 3:37.
