Gucci Mane & Rich Homie Quan - Trust God Fuck 12

Things haven’t been going so great for the troubled rap genius Gucci Mane lately. He recently alienated a ton of industry friends in a deranged Twitter rant, admitted to a codeine addiction, lost his label deal, and got sentenced to six months of prison on a probation violation. And he’s still cranking out music. Gucci recently linked with Rich Homie Quan, the Atlanta sing-rapper whose “Type Of Way” was an absolute summer jam, to quietly release the collaborative album Trust God Fuck 12. I’m not even sure when the album, which was apparently self-released, came out, but it’s an absolutely solid collection of slick and slippery Atlanta synth-rap. It’s got collaborations with Migos, Young Thug, Young Scooter, and Pee Wee Longway, as well as production from Lex Luger, Zaytoven, 808 Mafia, and Metro Boomin. You can stream the whole thing below.
