Marissa Nadler will be releasing her album July (which will include “Dead City Emily“) in February. But first she has a new song on the benefit album You Be My Heart, which we wrote about a few weeks ago. The compilation, which also includes Mark Kozelek, Maps & Atlases, Fruit Bats, and more, is designed to raise money for 826 Valencia, a youth writing center based in San Francisco. The songs on the album were written by San Francisco songwriter and filmmaker Devon Reed. Listen to Nadler’s “Half As Much” below.

You Be My Heart is out 12/9.
