Grizzly Bear at Sydney Opera House

Grizzly Bear have been steadily touring behind Shields since releasing it nearly a year and a half ago, and they played the final gig of a 115-show world tour just last night at Sydney’s historic Sydney Opera House. The SOH Festival has posted professional video of the entire two-hour show online, and now you can either relive it or get a good look at what you missed. Check out the full video below.

Shields and its expanded edition are out now on Warp.

  1. magnificent. they are fucking incredible live. i was skeptical when i saw them back in 09 on whether it would be good or even interesting live. i was blown the hell away. their stubb’s show in april was on fire. the crowd went gonzo over them.

    • I second this. Saw them back in April, they’re one of the most energetic and impressive live acts out there right now. Ed’s vocals are even more powerful live than on record, and that’s saying something.

  2. Lots of gems from Yellow House on this set.

  3. Such an incredible show

  4. i wish this would stream forever cos idk how i will survive 2014 without any grizzly bear livestreams
