There’s no good reason not to be excited for Real Estate’s forthcoming third LP, Atlas. The band’s first two albums are totally great, and the new album’s first single, “Talking Backwards,” is an absolute beaut. Earlier today, the band dropped by WNYC midday music program Soundcheck to perform live in studio, and they offered up “Talking Backwards” as well as two previously unheard Atlas tracks, “The Bend” and “April Song,” both of which only further portend another great album.
