It’s feast or famine with Shocking Pinks. Nick Harte’s New Zealand indie-pop project hasn’t released anything since a self-titled debut six years ago, but now he returns with a massive, sprawling triple LP called Guilt Mirrors. Harte recorded the dozens of songs on the album when he went into seclusion after a 2011 earthquake hit Christchurch, his hometown. We’ve posted the early tracks “Not Gambling” and “St Louis,” and now you can stream the entire enormous thing at Pitchfork.
Guilt Mirrors is out 2/18 on Stars & Letters.
