Last night’s Portlandia season premiere meant the beginning of the parade of celebrity cameos we heard about previously. One of the first rock stars to pop up was Tunde Adebimpe. The TV On The Radio singer appeared in a sketch in which a “date fact-checker” meticulously busts out Fred Armisen on all the lies he told during a night out with a lady. Even though Adebimpe barely gets a chance to show off his significant acting chops, it’s funny and well worth a watch.
