David Brewis is part of the permanently nervous UK indie-pop crew Field Music, and next week, he’ll release Old Fears, his second solo side-project album under the name School Of Language. Early tracks “Between The Suburbs” and “Dress Up” had plenty of that Field Music wound-tightness, but they also had more disco-funk influence than I could’ve expected from a guy in that group. And now you can stream all of Old Fears over at Pitchfork.
