NYC rapper Lakutis recently released Three Seashells, our Mixtape Of That Week. Its single, “Jesus Piece,” summed up so much of what made that tape so great — the sleaziness, the charisma, Lakutis simply saying the word “skeleton.” Later it got a music video that added plenty of blood and goop. Now producer Dash Speaks has come along to remix the track. It’s a fitting pairing since Lakutis has always been connected with Das Racist, who Dash has produced.
