Terius Nash, better known as The-Dream, surrendered to police following his alleged attack on ex-girlfriend Lydia Nam, as reported by TMZ. Nam, who was pregnant with The-Dream’s child when the attack occurred, is now reporting it, seven months after the alleged incident. The R&B singer and producer was arrested for two felonies (assault and strangulation) and three misdemeanors (assault, reckless endangerment, and child endangerment).
Earlier today a rep for The-Dream tried to clarify the reason behind the singer’s choice to turn himself in: “Dream voluntarily surrendered to the Midtown North Precinct this morning in order to responsibly address the false allegations filed against him by Lydia Nam. He is innocent of the charges filed against him today.”
