Guerilla Toss

We’ve shared some of the most chaotic moments on their recent Gay Disco like “Pink Elephant” and “Trash Bed,” and I tried my darnedest to describe the war zone they made at Boston Hassle Fest, but it’s tough to get just how powerful a Guerilla Toss show is without just crawling into some basement and seeing for yourself. Now you can get closer to the idea than ever before thanks to an excellent Casey Herz-filmed live video of them performing “Drip Decay.” Filmed this past January at the Elk’s Lodge basement in Cambridge, MA (the exact same place where they played Hassle Fest last year) the band tears through their thrashing noise-funk and a fair amount of audience members in the process. It’s a glimpse into a live show that really shouldn’t be missed, so watch it and check out their tour dates below.

  1. Hmm my NXNE schedule has them playing at the Great Hall on the 18th. Regardless of where it is, I’ll likely be at both.

  2. I’m only showing the Great Hall and Adelaide Hall postings as well- but I don’t think the online NXNE schedule has been finalized yet (not 100% sure on that, though). In any case, there are a lot of venues I want to be at on the 20th and I’m definitely catching GT at least once. Really enjoyed the edits for this video, definitely looking forward to seeing them live.
