Hooray For Earth - "Racy"

Hooray For Earth’s True Loves was one of the more promising debuts of 2011 so it’s good to see the New York band follow through on their sophomore release, Racy, which comes out at the end of the month. We’ve already heard the big-tent aspirations of “Keys” and now the band has shared the spacey, languishing slowburn title track from the album. Listen below.

Racy comes out 7/29 via Dovecote Records.

  1. I’m very much looking forward to this release. True Loves was a fantastic album, and the strength of ‘Keys’ and ‘Racy’ (not to mention the great remix of CVG’s ‘Where Are You’) give me hope for a killer follow up.

    • Yeah, this band has been off my radar for a while, but I’m excited for this. Just threw on “True Loves” and it still holds up.

  2. Awesome. This and Merchandise are the bands I’m really anticipating now.
