The Canadian indie rock band Stars haven’t put out a new album since 2012′s The North (though they did give us a single with two unreleased songs from those sessions last year). But they’ve just announced some details of their seventh album: It will be titled No One Is Lost and released this October. No music yet, but that’s the album’s cover above.

No One Is Lost is out 10/14 via ATO.

  1. Ahhh Moonlight Rollerway. Tegan and Sara filmed a video here recently and so did Fol Chen. Seems to be the new indie hot spot.

  2. One of my favorite bands in the world for everything through In Our Bedroom, After the War but they tanked REALLY hard with The Five Ghosts and only slightly less with The North, nonetheless I’ll get psyched.

After all, what’s that saying: fool me once: shame on you, fool me twice: shame on your again, fool me three times: we’re fucking done, Stars.

    • SHAME ON YOUR AGAIN!

    • I gotta disagree with you there. Obviously they peaked with Set Yourself On Fire, but I thought Five Ghosts was underrated and The North had only one good song (Through the Mines) where Five Ghosts had a few (Wasted Daylight, Fixed, How Much More… uhhh… some of the others)
