Moody young London songwriter Oscar Scheller has been kicking out maudlin yet uptempo indie-pop tunes all year long, and “Be Good” as yet another example of his prowess. As ever, he sounds like some unwieldy combination of Damon Albarn, Stephin Merritt, Calvin Johnson, and Jens Lekman.
