The Baton Rouge underground rap cult hero came home from prison earlier this year, and his new album Touchdown 2 Cause Hell was supposed to come out last month. But major labels tend to be even more vague about release dates than state criminal justice departments are, and Boosie is still sharing potential album songs, one at a time. We’ve posted the early tracks “Show Da World” and “She Want Some,” but “Crazy,” the latest, is pure prime Boosie, an angry-but-somehow-catchy snarl about the various forces aligned against Boosie. Nobody in rap brings more purpose to their music than Boosie; the simple way he delivers his words is something to be heard. Listen to “Crazy” below.
