Young Ejecta may have had to change their name because of legal reasons, but they haven’t changed their sound too much: their new EP The Planet still serves as an exploration of love, sensuality and femininity. “Welcome To Love,” the first single from that new release, feels as crisp as morning dew. Leanne Macomber’s vocals are a welcoming presence, while Joel Ford’s icy synths do their best to push away, which makes their music sound magnetic and combative in the best way. Listen below.
