It is important to stay healthy. You have nothing if you don’t first have your health. A great way to burn some extra calories is to make your fitness workout mortifyingly embarrassing, and to perform it in public. Between your burning sense of shame and your ankle weights, you will be ready for swimsuit season in no time. Another pro-tip: wear your swimsuit under your workout clothes (which is a pantsuit) so that when you are ready, you can just run directly into the ocean!
