Scientology Is A Religion For Children

Nancy Cartwright, who does the voice of Bart Simpson (and also Ralph Wiggum?! The world is changed, I feel it in the water), has been making robocalls on behalf of the Church of Scientology using Bart’s voice to promote an upcoming event. Um, what?

First of all, THAT IS AMAZING. Second of all, SHE’S GOING TO GET SUED BY FOX FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. But third and most importantly of all, WHO WOULD FIND BART SIMPSON A COMPELLING AND CONVINCING SPOKESPERSON FOR ANYTHING? “You know, I’ve always been pretty skeptical of this whole Scientology thing. An alien who lives in a mountain? That just seemed like crazy talk to me. But then I got a call from Bart Simpson, and I figure I should at least give this thing a chance. BECAUSE I AM 13 YEARS OLD.” Cowa-HUH?-nga dude!

The last time Bart Simpson was successfully used as a marketing tool for me was when I bought a Bart Simpson t-shirt in Junior High School. In that sense he was very, very effective. A+++++. Would buy from seller again!
