HBO’s Kurt Cobain documentary Montage Of Heck comes to a few theaters on Friday, and we already know that it features a few unheard Cobain recordings, including a Beatles cover and a 12-minute acoustic song. And now, thanks to a clip that HBO just shared, we get to hear a piece of one of those songs. It’s a somber, haunted acoustic number with lyrics that you will strain your ears attempting to make out. The video only includes 38 seconds, but you can tell that it could’ve been a good song if he’d ever finished it. Check it out below.
