In honor of Record Store Day — which is this Saturday, 4/18 — Illinois emo rockers Braid are releasing a 7″ called Kids Get Grids. This is their first new material since 2014’s No Coast — an album that came after their break up, reunion, and 16-year hiatus. The digital version of the 7″ is out today, and you can hear “Because I Am,” a Broken Hearts Are Blue cover, streaming below.

Kids Get Grids is out digitally today via Topshelf Records and will be available 4/18 on vinyl.
