Ginuwine’s “Pony” is featured in both Magic Mike and its recent sequel, Magic Mike XXL, and the throwback strip club classic is included on the recently released XXL soundtrack, which also contains original songs like Donald Glover’s cover of Bruno Mars’ “Marry Me” and two covers from one of the film’s many hot stars, Matt Bomer. One track commissioned that apparently didn’t get included on the soundtrack is a Rustie remix of “Pony,” which the producer uploaded to his SoundCloud today, along with a tweet saying that the producers “didn’t use it” for the film.
