Okkervil River’s third album, Black Sheep Boy, turned 10 earlier this year, and long-time label Jagjaguwar is reissuing the album as a special deluxe edition to be released this winter. It’ll contain the album itself, the companion EP Black Sheep Boy Appendix, and a bunch of unreleased material that was recorded around the same time. The first of that unreleased material to be shared is a cover of folk songwriter Tom House’s “I’m In Love With Susan Smith” from his 1997 debut The Neighborhood Is Changing.
