Lorde, Flight Of The Conchords, Kimbra, Peter Jackson & More Writing New Zealand Rugby World Cup Fight Song For Charity

All Blacks is the name of New Zealand’s national rugby team, and to honor the team, all of New Zealand’s most famous musical exports banded together to write a fight song. The supporters song features Lorde, Flight of the Conchords, Kimbra, Lord Of The Rings director Peter Jackson, and more. The musicians and All Blacks joined forces with the charity Cure Kids in order to bring attention to Batten disease. What unfolds in the video below is a joking and self-aware “We Are The World” type of scenario, and the song follows an extensive humorous clip of the entertainers in the writing room. Watch below.

Team Ball Player Thing

The official All Blacks supporters song is here! Our charity partner Cure Kids joined forces with an impressive line-up of Kiwi entertainers and the players themselves to raise funds to help cure Batten disease and support the team. Head over to the Cure Kids page to find out more, visit www.kiwiscurebatten.com or comment #donate below to download the song and make a donation to help #KiwisCureBatten. #TeamAllBlacks #CureKidsNZ
