Last month, Arthur Ashin, the New York avant-soul traveler who records as Autre Ne Veut, announced that he’d follow up his great 2013 album Anxiety with a new one called Transparency. He also shared the frankly terrifying video for new single “World War Pt. 2,” a song as anxious as anything on Anxiety. The second song he’s shared is called “Panic Room,” and it’s an insular and intense soul song with a few echoes of abstract jazz. As Gorilla Vs.
