We’ve come to the end of another year of A.V. Club’s Undercover series, and the final one this time around is from Iron & Wine’s Sam Beam, who does an acoustic take on Gwar’s “Sick Of You.” Crazy, right? It goes about as well as you’d expect an acoustic version of a band that relies so heavily on image to go, and there’s a special surprise at the end. OK, spoiler: All the members of Gwar show up!
