Stardeath And White Dwarfs - "What Keeps You Up At Night" (Stereogum Premiere)

Flaming Lips diehards probably heard of Stardeath And White Dwarfs aeons ago. The band is led by Wayne Coyne’s nephew Dennis Coyne, and they’ve recorded tracks for many of the Lips’ recent forays into cover albums, including their takes on King Crimson, Pink Floyd and the Beatles. But Stardeath And White Dwarfs have plenty music of their own, too, such as the new “What Keeps You Up At Night,” a wobbly, daydreaming psychedelic track that sounds much like a blood relative to the Lips in and of itself. It’s part of a split EP they’re putting out with Casket Girls called What Keeps You Up At Night, set for release on Black Friday. Listen below.

What Keeps You Up At Night is out 11/27 on Graveface.
