Five years later, we still haven’t heard a rap album as urgent and single-minded as Flockaveli, the 2010 album from the Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame. And right now, Flocka is working on Flockaveli 2, its official follow-up. (We posted first single “Workin.”) But today, as Noisey points out, he’s got something different for us: The new mixtape Flockavali 1.5. On first listen, it’s got some of the same frantic intensity as that first Flockaveli. Southside produced most of the mixtape, and it’s got additional production from people like Metro Boomin, TM88, and B Wheezy. Check it out below.
