The newly head-tattooed Compton rapper YG has been hard at work on Still Krazy, the follow-up to last year’s classic My Krazy Life. We’ve only heard one single so far, “Twist My Fingaz,” but it was an absolute banger, and now he’s given us another. Produced by Atlanta’s London On Da Track and featuring 50 Cent and Nipsey Hussle, “I Wanna Benz” premiered on OVO Sound Radio last night. It’s a trunk-rattler that opens with a Menace II Society sample and includes this hook from YG: “Bitch I wanna Benz, I wanna look good with my friends/ I need my money, that don’t ever end/ I wanna blow some bands and still have some bands/ I wanna be the motherfuckin’ man.” I’d say he’s on his way; listen below.
