NBC trotted out a bastion of big stars for last night’s The Voice finale. Topping the bill was Missy Elliott joining Voice judge Pharrell for a monumentally fun performance of their triumphant new single “WTF (Where They From),” complete with the mirror suit from the video and puppet versions of Missy and Pharrell. Also on deck were the Weeknd, performing a medley of 2015 mega-hits “The Hills,” “Earned It,” and “Can’t Feel My Face,” and Coldplay, doing yet another run through “Adventure Of A Lifetime” with their trusty gorillas in tow.
