The Minneapolis-based punk-influenced rapper/producer P.O.S. recorded his latest single “sleepdrone​/​superposition” alongside an impressive list of collaborators, and the Julie Ruin’s Kathleen Hanna is but one of them. Allan Kingdom, Astronautalis, Eric Mayson, Hard_R, Lydia Liza, Lizzo, Nicholas L. Perez also contributed. The song is a meditation on institutional racism and the Black Lives Matter movement, as well as personal illness, which Hanna said resonated strongly with her.
