Baby In Vain comprises Lola Hammerich, Benedicte Pierleoni, and Andrea Thuesen, and though their forthcoming Partisan release marks a big step for the Denmark-based band, they’ve been a small but mighty inclusion on international festival bills for awhile now. The band’s new EP, For The Kids, is due out next month and “Martha’s View” is its debut single. The song is a transcendent piece of sludgy pop, one that mirrors Baby In Vain’s label-mates Dilly Dally. This is the first track off of For The Kids, and it’s a fairly menacing introduction.
