Today’s rappers are spoiling us so much. Case in point: There’s a new Young Thug tape out today, just a month and a half after the very good I’m Up. Slime Season 3 is supposedly the final entry in the Slime Season series, and frequent collaborator London On Da Track produced the entire thing. There’s only one guest rapper on the whole tape, and it’s the never-heard-of-him Yak Gotti. We’ve already posted a few songs. It’s a short and economical tape — eight songs in 28 minutes — and based on my first listen, it fucking bangs. There are a lot of new rap records out today — Domo Genesis, Father, Open Mic Eagle and Paul White — but this is the big one. If you’ve got Spotify, you can stream it below.
