Andrew Bird just released his new album Are You Serious, and tonight, he’s playing a show at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Nashville-based singer-songwriter and Artist To Watch Margo Price, who just put out her own excellent solo debut Midwest Farmer’s Daughter, will be joining him onstage, singing Fiona Apple’s lines on their duet “Left Handed Kisses.” Earlier today, Bird and Price live-streamed their rehearsal for the performance, and you can watch it below. Obviously, no one can replace Fiona fucking Apple, but Price more than does her part justice.
