The Big Grams trio of Big Boi plus Phantogram have been going strong since officially teaming up last year. Their self-titled EP charted pretty well, and it seems Big Boi has found the yin to his yang that he has been searching for since Outkast. Today, the union delivers a set of visuals for “Drum Machine,” a Skrillex collab off the EP. It seems they may have been influenced by their collab with Adult Swim because it’s weird and it’s funny. Three costumed characters — Redd Wolf, Dabs the Squirrel, and Purp — wreak havoc in Hollywood. Wolf battles street entertainers, harasses people on a public bus, and is just a jerk in general. Dabs gets high and parties with women. Purp steals a car and pulls up to the club to join the others in an all-out bash. Big Grams want you to believe it’s them in the suits the entire time, and it’s probably not, but if it was, the clip would be even more spectacular. Watch.
